Job Overview:
We are looking for fresh and energetic candidates who are passionate about Sales and Marketing. This is a great opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career by working with a skilled and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and networking
- Meet potential clients and understand their business needs
- Promote Xantatech’s services including Digital Marketing, Website Development, and IT Solutions
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly
- Support marketing campaigns and attend industry events or client meetings
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the team lead
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
- Confidence to approach new clients and explain services
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email communication, Internet)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BA preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
